7 Eleven

Background

7-Eleven has a major, exclusive money transfer partnership in which money transfer kiosk terminals are located in all retail stores nationally.

Challenge

Our challenge was to create awareness of the partnership and network with key remittance communities with a specific focus on the Indian and Bangladeshi community segments and retail locations within those community clusters.

We needed to create and execute a community engagement campaign comprising of community events, lead generation, media leverage and working with key influencers to spread awareness and drive transactions.

Key outputs/outcomes

Major reach and awareness outcomes across all segments including growth in 7-Eleven centred transactions and account sign ups across key Bangladeshi and Indian segments including Punjabi, Tamil and Gujarati communities.
