AGL needed to gain a strategic understanding of the cultural diversity of its customer database and to determine its market penetration in key high-growth multicultural communities.

Using our genealogy analysis system, we completed a cultural diversity audit and analysis to provide a cultural profile of AGL’s Victorian customer database and segmentation insights.
