Background

MoneyGram are the second largest Money remittance provider in Australia with over 190 countries serviced.

Challenge

Our challenge was to drive growth in money transfer in key segments including Indian, Pakistani, Pacific, African and Filipino communities.

We had to drive awareness of MoneyGram’s brand, offers and community engagement activities through a strategic campaign covering media, content marketing, community engagement, lead generation, channel partner engagement through digital and social media channels.

Key outputs/outcomes

MoneyGram saw dramatic revenue growth between 23% and 42% YOY across all corridors, five million touch points, 21,000 leads, increase in brand loyalty through major insights survey.
