WorldRemit has a number of focus communities in Australia including Indian, Filipino, African, Sri Lankan and Colombian. Red Elephant was their appointed marketing agency in Australia and manages culturally customised campaigns to grow the business.
Our challenge was to create a sustainable community engagement, digital and social media platform to engage the target communities.
We needed to grow the WorldRemit market share by providing cultural insights and executing data-driven bespoke community engagement and content marketing campaigns through the CulturalPulse platform.
The engagement platform has included media, community hero building through content marketing, community channel partner social media marketing, community events and festivals and Facebook community targeting.
The combined community reach for campaigns to date has exceeded three million and in 2018 WorldRemit has experienced double digit annual growth in all target communities.
