Celebrate the Lunar New Year with the colours of Korea! The Korean Cultural Centre Australia in collaboration with the Hanbok Advancement Centre in South Korea is bringing to Sydney this year the event ‘Hanbok: The Colours of Korean New Year’
The Hanbok exhibition runs from February 5-21, and will showcase many different kinds of garments worn by adults and children during traditional events and Korean family ceremonies. You will not only be able to see colourful -both traditional and modern- creations from renowned hanbok designers, but also the accessories and ornaments that usually accompany this eye-pleasing attire will be exhibited.
Come along to see with your own eyes these beautiful bright and colourful garments. Best part is, visitors and general public will have a chance to try it on!
