The 2019 MINI British Film Festival line-up has dropped and as usual, it is filled with the most eagerly anticipated British films of the year.

This year, 30 exceptional films including powerful true stories, modern classics and biographies starring some of Britain’s best-known stars will be showcased in 7 cities and 19 cinemas across Australia.

Presented by Palace Cinemas, the festival will begin from October 29 to November 24 (location varies), and will feature special guest Timothy Spall for a Q&A as a part of this exciting program.

The Good Liar

Career con artist Roy Courtnay (McKellen) can hardly believe his luck when he meets the wealthy widow Betty McLeish (Mirren) on an internet dating site.
